Extra pad at the ball pool will be better.my kids slide down and hand was abit pain when reach the ground. Like the cctv concept Hope for more variety discount with food and play.

I have to complain about your operation. I had booked my slot and my 2 young kids were so excited on that day until we found the cafe was close when we arrived. If the slot is available for me to select, of course I expect it to be open for us. This is the worst experience.
