What is Kidxy?

Kidxy is an online platform for parents, grandparents or friends to discover and book amazing children’s activities by category and location. We currently offer single children activities and packages in the category of sports, language, music & rhythm, science, technology & culture, arts, crafts & cooking, and attractions, indoor and outdoor play. Our goal is to provide the best discounts and a convenience to search for activities for your child within a few clicks!

Where is Kidxy available?

Kidxy is currently available in select neighbourhoods of Klang Valley. We will be expanding to additional cities in the coming months. Who operates these activities listed?

Our Activity Partners are carefully selected to ensure every child gets a good experience when they join an activity. The activities are run by local, independent providers at their physical location.

Is there a mobile app for Kidxy?

Kidxy's mobile app is currently being developed and will be available in iOS App Store and Android Google Play Store. So stay tuned!

ACTIVITIES

How do I book an activity?

You can search for activities by price, date, time, age, category and location. Once you have found an activity that you want your child to attend, proceed to purchase the discounted activity and you will receive a confirmation email on your purchase. The activity partner in which will provide the activity will also receive a confirmation email of your purchase. Next, attend and enjoy the activity!

How early are activity schedules available?

Schedule of activities are available from 3 months up to the day of activity date.

Is there a limit to the number of times my child can experience an activity in a single place?

The limit of access to an activity at a centre is defined by the centre and is listed on the activity page. However, majority of our activities do not have any limitations so your child can enjoy as much as possible!

How does a child get verified when they attend their activity?

Once a booking is made for an activity, you will receive an email confirmation for the booking. Please show this proof of booking when your child attends the activity. Our Partners who are hosting the activity will also be informed of the child that is attending based on your booking for verification.

What happens if we miss an activity?

Once a booking is done, you are only allowed to cancel the booking within 24 hours of the booking to receive a refund. After that, the activity is considered booked and if you do not attend, the activity is considered used. Any bookings made within 48 hours of the activity time is considered non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Can an activity be cancelled by the Activity provider?

We don't want to let children down when they are excited about their upcoming activity! Therefore, only activities that require a minimum number of participants can be cancelled ahead of time by the Activity provider.

Is there a limit to a number of participants in order for an activity to be conducted?

Some activities may have a minimum number of participants in order for the activity to be conducted. This is defined by the Activity Partner ahead of time and will reflect in the Activity page. You will be able to identify this prior to booking the activity.

What if there are not enough participants for an activity to be conducted?

For activities that have a minimum number of participants, we will send an email to you 48 hours before the activity to inform you if the activity is cancelled or not. If the activity is cancelled, we will refund the purchase amount as a credit to your Account so you can book another activity at your convenience!
